Nebraska Shakespeare is gearing up to take The Tempest throughout Nebraska and Western Iowa for the 2014 season of Shakespeare On Tour. Here's an intro of the actors you'll see this fall in your school or community.

- Miranda and Spirit
Chloe is thrilled to be making her debut with Nebraska Shakespeare On Tour in The Tempest! Originally from Colorado and currently based out of Minneapolis, Chloe has appeared in The Real Thing (Paragon Theater Company), Crazy for You, A Midsummer Night’s Dream (St. Croix Festival Theater), Rock Bottom (Minnesota Fringe Festival) and Inconvenient Truths (Edinburgh Fringe Festival). She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota/ Guthrie Theater BFA Actor Training Program where she appeared as Natalia in A Month in the Country, Abigail in The Crucible, Claire in Peter Piper, and Lady Macbeth in Macbeth (Globe Theater).
Interim Artistic Director Vincent Carlson-Brown is a fifteen-year company member with Nebraska Shakespeare, last seen On the Green as Antonio in The Tempest. Vincent was an actor/educator for the first five years of Shakespeare On Tour before directing the last three productions. He has a BA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) in Theatre and is pursuing a Master's in Literature. Vincent has acted with Utah Shakespeare, NTC Productions, and Taffety Punk Theatre Company at the Folgers Theatre in Washington DC. He has directed fights for over 50 productions over the last ten years.

- Ariel and Boatswain
This is Konrad’s second year with Shakespeare On Tour. Konrad has been performing for local audiences for the past 13 years. He has appeared in Shakespeare On The Green for six seasons, most recently in The Compleat Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) and as Sebastian in The Tempest. Other recent credits include Ben Chapman/Bobby Fuller in Jackie & Me at the Rose and Fred in A Christmas Carol with NTC Productions. Konrad would like to thank his mother, Jacquie, and his sister, Kaley, for their continued love and support. “Don't miss the sunrise.”
- Alonso and Caliban
Dan is delighted to be returning for his fourth year of Shakespeare On Tour. He has also worked as an actor for Nebraska Shakespeare On The Green the previous three years. Over the past nine years, Dan has appeared on stage at many theatres in the Omaha area, including the Rose, the Omaha Community Playhouse, Bellevue Little Theatre, Chanticleer Theatre, and Shelterbelt Theatre. Some favorite roles include Leaf Coneybear in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing, and Jeff in I Love You Because. Dan is a graduate of UNO.

- Antonio, Trinculo, and Spirit
This is Jack’s first season with Shakespeare On Tour, after appearing in Compleat Works and as Ferdinand in The Tempest for Nebraska Shakespeare On The Green. Jack Mackie is a graduate of the University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theater BFA Actor Training Program. Jack played Orsino in the 2013 production of Twelfth Night at the Payomet Performing Arts Center in Cape Cod. Other Shakespeare credits include Bottom (Midsummer), Macduff (Macbeth), Bertram (All’s Well That Ends Well), as well as Constable Dull (Love’s Labour’s Lost) at the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival.

- Ferdinand, Gonzalo, and Spirit
This is Josh’s second season with Shakespeare On Tour. Josh is a graduate from UNO, where he received a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in acting and directing. He appeared on the main stage there in such roles as Dobchinsky in The Government Inspector and Lucius in Titus Andronicus. In June, Josh appeared as Ariel in the Shakespeare On The Green production of The Tempest. He is thrilled to be performing in another adaptation of The Tempest and looks forward to another opportunity to work with the many talented people involved with Nebraska Shakespeare.

- Sebastian, Stephano, and Spirit
A graduate of UNO, Katlynn is an actor/educator with R.E.S.P.E.C.T. in Omaha. She is thrilled to be a part of Shakespeare On Tour for the first time, after appearing in Compleat Works for Shakespeare On The Green. Other credits include Clara in 33 Variations and Stranger 2 in Gnit at the Blue Barn Theatre; Catherine Sloper in The Heiress and Olivia in Twelfth Night at Brigit St. Brigit; Tamora in Titus Andronicus, Mayor's Wife in Gogol's The Government Inspector, and Mae in Cat On A Hot Tin Roof at UNO. Katlynn also serves as a board member of The Shelterbelt Theatre.
