About the film: The RSC puts a modern spin on Shakespeare's Hamlet in this filmed-for-television version of their stage production. The Prince of Denmark seeks vengeance after his father is murdered and his mother marries the murderer. Starring David Tennant and Patrick Stewart.

Following the film, a discussion covering the film itself, the history of its production, and the interpretation of Shakespeare's texts, will be led by Sarah Carlson-Brown, NS Director of Education, and guest scholar, D. Scott Glasser, Professor and Theatre Coordinator at UNO's School of the Arts.
